At CC Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original designer box and secure them inside a durable shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
